These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Lord Krishna Boutique Stay ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing the site and booking our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Reservation/Payment: A valid credit card or advance payment is required to guarantee your reservation. Full payment is due upon arrival or as per the specific rate plan conditions.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival allow for a full refund (subject to specific rate plans). Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 100% of the first night's stay.

3. House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we request that you observe the following house rules:

• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas and guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect other guests by keeping noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed unless specifically arranged and confirmed in writing prior to arrival.
• Damages: You are responsible for any damage caused to the room or hotel premises during your stay. We reserve the right to charge your card for any necessary repairs or replacements.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage to your personal belongings. Please use the in-room safes provided. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring on the premises unless caused by our proven negligence.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
